Over five years ago, 11,341 unopened, untested rape kits were found in a Detroit Police Department storage unit. Each kit represents a soul-crushing brutal crime and woman who has yet to see justice for her pain. The Lip Bar is proud to be in partnership with Enough Said and AA490 to assist in raising funds to process untested kits.

100 Proof is a beautiful burgundy with pink undertones that we have produced in a limited quantity to bring awareness to the issue and $10 from each purchase will be donated to AA490.

The name 100 Proof is symbolic of the urgency needed to process the rape kits and obtain the 100% proof that will give closure and justice to the victims Because no one should have to wait 20 years for justice.
